The excess to allocate should be 340 and GW should be 60.
In 2007 be sure to only take 1/2 of everything (including amortization) since it is a half-year. Also Gibson would have only received the October dividend.
These are the main issues that I'd anticipate causing problems. It is otherwise an excercise in practicing year after year.
